1 )  Do I need a visa for Bhutan? Do I need a visa for Bhutan?
All visitors traveling to Bhutan are required to obtain a visa, except for Indian nationals holding a valid Indian passport.
 

2 )  How can I obtain a visa for Bhutan?
We as a travel agent based in Bhutan can get your visa. You simply need to fax or email your passport details and your intended duration of stay with dates of travel within four weeks of the anticipated date of arrival. Bhutan Journeys will duly process your application and provide you with the Visa clearance number.
You must submit your trip payment in full. A visa clearance will not be issued by the government of Bhutan until all tariff and Druk Air fees have been received.
 

3 )  How much does it cost to visit Bhutan?
The price of the tours is set by the Royal Government of Bhutan to keep the inflow of tourist under manageable level and to have less impact on the environment and rich cultural heritage.
Peak Season Rates: (January, February, March, April, May, June, September, October, November and December)
US$240 per day for an individual traveler (inclusive of government surcharge)
US$230 per day per person for groups of two (inclusive of government surcharge) US$200 per day per person for groups of three or more (no government surcharge) US $20 per person Visa fee US $ 10 per person as a Tourism Development Fund (TDF) (one off)
Off Season Rates: (July and August)
US$205 per day for an individual traveler (inclusive of government surcharge)
US$195 per day per person for groups of two (inclusive of government surcharge) US$165 per day per person for groups of three or more (no government surcharge) US $20 per person Visa fee US $ 10 per person as a Tourism Development Fund (TDF) (one off)
 

4 )  What's included in the cost of my trip?
Services included in the rate are:
1. Accommodation
2. Food
3. Land transport within Bhutan
4. Services of an English Speaking guide
5. Supply of pack ponies, yak, trekking crews and porters
6. All necessary camping equipments for Treks (excluding sleeping bags & sleeping mat)
7. All entrance fees
Services not included in the rates are:
Airfare for your desired flight sectors. Airport departure tax US $ 12.00 Drinks, Laundry, phone calls
 

5 )  Can I have a private tour?
Yes, you can have a private tour and our itineraries will be designed to fulfill your specific interest, providing far more detailed and informed access in exploring the living cultural of Bhutan. Your tour will be escorted by well experienced guide and driver with comfortable means of transportation.
